RELEASE OF STUDENT RECORDS TO ARMED FORCES RECRUITERS AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS
In accordance with Federal Law 20 U.S.C 7908(a), Buena Vista City Public Schools will release the names,
addresses, and telephone numbers of secondary students to all military recruiters or institutions of higher
education that request them unless the parents specifically request this information not be released. This
request should be made in writing and submitted to the secondary school principal prior to October 15th.
